Francis Collette is the founder of MPG Productions, bringing expertise in live events, technology integration, and creative staging. Passionate about excellence, Francis blends technical precision with artistic vision to create impactful experiences that inspire audiences and elevate events. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and traveling. His commitment to innovation and connection drives the memorable experiences MPG Productions delivers.

Kathy Collette is the co-owner of MPG with her husband, Francis. For more than 35 years, she has helped shape the company’s success with her background in corporate development, operations, event planning, marketing, and graphic design. Kathy’s true passion lies in the people and moments that bring her joy—time with family and friends, her beloved pets, designing jewelry, and enjoying the peace of the Big Bear mountains.

David began his journey with MPG Productions in 2006 and has grown with the company ever since. Having worked in nearly every part of the business, he knows what it takes to bring an event to life and is still driven by the same passion he had on day one—making every event a success. Known for his hands-on, client-first approach, David is dedicated to solving challenges and creating memorable experiences. Outside of work, he’s usually cheering on his favorite Formula 1 team.

Cindy is passionate about bringing people together through impactful meetings and events. She has designed corporate gatherings, branded experiences, and scenic installations that genuinely connect with people. When not working, Cindy enjoys traveling, hanging with family and friends, and seeing concerts with her concert buddies.

With expertise in production management, AV systems, and event strategy, David thrives on transforming creative visions into reality while ensuring every detail exceeds expectations. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing.
