March 15–18 | Multi-Stage Conference Production
Exchange brings together leaders in the ETF and financial services space for several days of programming, education, and networking.
The event required full production support across two general session environments: the primary stage (Primrose) and a secondary stage in the exhibit hall (Agave / Clear Street Stage). The complexity of the event centered on the evolving function of the secondary stage.
On Sunday, it operated as a traditional continuing education environment with a full audio setup. By Monday and Tuesday, that same space needed to transform into a silent conference format, where attendees listened through headphones to avoid interference from nearby expo activity. The environment didn’t change, but the audience experience needed to.
MPG supported the event with full-service AV production, including video, audio, lighting, scenic, staging, and on-site technical teams across both stages.
For the Agave / Clear Street Stage, we planned for flexibility from the start. The audio system was designed to support a seamless transition from open speaker playback to a silent headphone-based conference mode. This allowed educational sessions to continue without disruption while maintaining a productive exhibit hall environment.
Across both spaces, we coordinated technical direction, stage design, and show flow to ensure consistency in experience, whether attendees were in the primary general session or a more dynamic, multi-use environment.
The goal was simple: make each space feel intentional and strong, even as its function changed.
The team delivered a smooth, well-supported experience across multiple stages and formats. The silent conference setup enabled education and exhibition to coexist without compromise, providing total attention from attendees while supporting the energy of the expo floor.
With proactive planning and coordinated execution, both general sessions operated as designed, giving the client confidence in a program that required flexibility without sacrificing quality.
