Marketing and Sales Associate
New to the AV world but already making an impact, Lindzy brings curiosity, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to the team. Her leadership background and love of learning are the perfect mix for this fast-moving industry.

Office Manager
Linda keeps the MPG engine running behind the scenes. She’s the welcoming presence in our office, the problem solver when you need one, and the glue that keeps operations smooth and people supported.

Production Manager
Tim has worked in the AV industry since 1998, with a passion for audio that started back in junior high. His experience spans audio, scenic carpentry, sound design, system installation, and production management, but corporate events and meetings are what continue to inspire him most.

Logan
Project Coordinator
Logan has been in the AV industry for over 13 years. Growing up in a family involved in production, he developed an interest in the industry at a young age and was drawn to the excitement and fast pace of large-scale events. He’s passionate about being of service, connecting with others, and building strong camaraderie within his team.

Kelsey
Regional Sales Manager
With over three years of sales experience and a background in film, television, and live event production, Kelsey brings a well-rounded perspective to the event industry. Most recently, she supported AV operations at a major hotel in downtown San Diego, working on events ranging from small meetings to large citywide conferences.

Inventory & Warehouse Manager
With over 25 years in audiovisual and live event production, Mathew brings strong operational expertise and hands-on experience to every project. He has supported everything from corporate meetings to large-scale events, earning a reputation for organization, reliability, and calm problem-solving. He manages inventory, maintains equipment readiness, and supports production teams to ensure every show runs smoothly.
